3D modelling & sculpting
From your photo, sketch or drawing to a 3D model, with fine relief, textures and high-definition detail work.
Straight answers for importers, distributors and retailers working with a Moradabad workshop for the first time — or the fiftieth. If your question isn't here, ask us directly; we reply within one working day.
Send an order request through the RFQ form on our wholesale page, or write to hello@xanvor.com or WhatsApp +91 98377 60615 with the designs, quantities and destination port you have in mind. We reply within one working day with a written quotation under a reference number, so every follow-up stays traceable. No payment on this site — orders are confirmed by Proforma Invoice.
The more of this you can give us, the firmer the price: the designs you want (catalogue codes, or reference photos and drawings); the quantity per design; the finish; your destination port or city; your target delivery window; and any packaging requirement, such as your logo, swing tags or retail-ready boxes.
If you do not have all of it yet, send what you have — we will quote on stated assumptions and mark them on the quotation, so you can see exactly what would change the number.
The MOQ is 20 units per design, for catalogue and custom or modified designs alike. Samples start at 1 unit per design (piece, pair or set, as listed). If your trial order is smaller than our MOQ, tell us what you need — we will suggest the closest workable mix of designs.
Yes — mixed-design orders are welcome. The MOQ applies per design, not per order, so an order of 20 units each across six catalogue designs is a normal shipment for us. Custom or modified designs carry their own MOQ 20 units per design. Send your quantities design by design and the quotation will be priced the same way.
Wholesale prices are quoted in USD as standard; EUR, GBP, AED or INR are issued on request — tell us your preferred quote currency on the RFQ, and the currency stated on your Proforma Invoice is the currency of settlement. We quote EXW Moradabad by default, and on request FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, CIF to your port, or DDP where serviceable. Each quotation states the Incoterm, validity period and packing assumptions, so there are no hidden extras later.
Any figures shown in the catalogue are indicative trade pricing, EXW Moradabad and ex-GST — not a quotation. Your firm price is the one on the Proforma Invoice.
EXW Moradabad is our default. On request we quote FOB Nhava Sheva or FOB Mundra, CIF to your destination port, or DDP where the lane is serviceable. Tell us the destination port or city on your RFQ and we will quote the Incoterm you asked for — and, if a different one would serve you better, say so on the quotation.
Whichever Incoterm you choose, the document set travels with the goods to your forwarder or ours.
Every piece is handmade, so production typically takes around 30–45 working days after the Proforma Invoice is confirmed and the advance is received. The exact schedule is confirmed per order on your PI. Sampling is faster: counter-sample photos come first, then a physical sample, typically 20 working days depending on complexity.
We accept T/T (telegraphic bank transfer) against a Proforma Invoice — an advance to begin production, with the balance before dispatch, exactly as agreed on the PI. No payment on this site — orders are confirmed by Proforma Invoice, and our bank details appear only on that document. Invoices and tax documents are issued in the name of Zenko Inc.
Yes — we encourage sampling before a bulk order. Samples (1 unit minimum per design) are charged at sample pricing plus courier, and the sample cost is adjusted against your subsequent bulk order. A physical sample typically takes 20 working days depending on complexity, and we send counter-sample photos before it is couriered.
Yes. We develop custom designs, finishes and sizes, and offer private-label options such as laser-etched or embossed logos, swing tags and printed retail-ready boxes. The MOQ for custom designs is 20 units per design. See our OEM / ODM page for how development works, or send reference images with your order request.
In five steps. One: you send a drawing, photo, moodboard or physical sample with target sizes and quantities, and we come back with feasibility notes and a quotation. Two: counter-sample photos first, then a physical sample, typically 20 working days depending on complexity. Three: you approve, and size, finish, weight and packaging are frozen as the production standard. Four: production runs against the approved sample with in-line QC. Five: pre-dispatch photo and video sign-off before anything is packed.
Tooling, mould and pattern charges apply to new custom designs and are quoted separately from the unit price, so you can see what is a one-time development cost and what is the per-piece rate. Catalogue designs already in production carry no tooling charge; for design-stage pieces, any pattern or tooling cost is stated on the quotation. If a modification is small enough to run on existing tooling, we will say so rather than raise a charge.
Materials: brass, copper, kansa (bronze), stainless steel, aluminium, silver- and gold-plated metal, sheesham wood, iron, natural stone and agate, and resin inlay.
Finishes: antique gold, mirror polish, matte gold, oxidised, silver plate and powder coat. Finish is matched to your reference swatch before production starts, and the approved swatch becomes the production standard for the run.
Processes behind them include sand casting in brass, aluminium and kansa; sheet raising, spinning, planishing and hand-hammering; hand engraving (nakkashi) and acid etching; laser-cut ironwork; and wood-and-metal combinations in sheesham.
Quality is checked in-line during production and again before dispatch. Before your order ships, we send pre-dispatch photos and video for your approval, so you see exactly what is leaving the workshop. Hand-finished pieces carry small natural variations; anything beyond that is flagged to you before dispatch, not after.
Pieces are packed with foam inserts into export master cartons, made up for sea and air freight. Packing is stated on your quotation and Proforma Invoice, so what you are paying for is on paper before production starts.
If you need particular inner-pack quantities, shipping marks or retail-ready printed boxes, say so with your RFQ and we will quote to that specification.
Every export shipment travels with the invoice, the packing list and the shipping papers, released to your forwarder or ours. Zenko Inc., the partnership firm behind XANVOR, is a GST-registered Indian exporter — GSTIN 09AAEFZ4419L1ZN, PAN and IEC AAEFZ4419L. Any further document your customs broker needs is arranged per order: tell us what it is when you send your order request, so it is built into the schedule rather than chased at the port.
Yes — third-party testing and certification such as SGS, FDA, Prop 65, LFGB or REACH, and factory audits, are arranged on request. They are quoted and charged separately, never folded into the unit price, so you can see exactly what compliance costs on your order. Tell us which standard your market requires at RFQ stage, because it can affect material, finish and lead time.
Tell us, with photographs. Pre-dispatch photo and video approval exists so that a surprise at your end is rare, but if a piece arrives damaged in transit or materially different from the specification you approved, our Refund & Return Policy sets out what we do and within what window. Quote your Proforma Invoice number and we will take it from there.
Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST, closed on Sundays and public holidays. We reply to enquiries within one working day — by email at hello@xanvor.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98377 60615. If you write to us outside those hours, the reply comes on the next working day.
Our registered office and workshop share one address: Zenko Inc., Near Jahanasheen Shadi Hall, Babriyan, Lal Bagh, Faiz Gunj, Moradabad 244001, Uttar Pradesh, India. Moradabad is India’s brass city, and everything we quote is designed, hand-finished and assembled there — we are a manufacturer and exporter, not a trading house, so there is no middleman between your drawing and the bench.
Send your designs, quantities and destination — we reply within one working day with a written quotation and reference number.
