Shipping Policy

Each XANVOR piece leaves the Moradabad workshop foam-cradled, double-boxed and insured. The terms below cover lead times, destinations, charges and customs.

1. Despatch lead time

• In-stock pieces: despatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation and payment realisation.
• Samples: 20 working days sample lead time.
• Production: 30–45 working days for catalogue pieces, bespoke commissions, and hospitality and trade orders, after the Proforma Invoice is confirmed, the sample is approved where applicable, and the advance is received.

2. Destinations

We ship across India and to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Gulf, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. If your destination is not on a standard courier route, write to us and we will quote a freight option.

3. Carriers

• Domestic India: Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post Speed Post.
• International express: DHL, FedEx, UPS.
• Air & sea freight: handled through our freight forwarders for hospitality, contract and wholesale orders. Incoterm options: EXW Moradabad, FOB Nhava Sheva / Mundra, CIF or DAP to the destination port, and DDP where serviceable.

4. Shipping charges

Nothing is charged on this site, because no order is placed and no payment is taken here. Freight is quoted on your Proforma Invoice according to the agreed Incoterm — EXW Moradabad by default — based on weight, dimensions and destination. On EXW terms, freight and insurance are arranged and paid by the buyer or the buyer's nominated forwarder. We do not mark up freight — the rate is the carrier's rate plus actual packing material cost.

5. Duties, taxes & customs

• Domestic India: GST will be added on top of the listed price as per the applicable HSN code, and shown as a separate line on the tax invoice.
• International: import duty, VAT/GST and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are billed by the carrier on delivery, unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is explicitly agreed in writing.
• We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, country-of-origin certificate and any other documentation required for clearance.

6. Transit times

Indicative transit times after despatch (door-to-door):

• Inland India, metros — to your consignee, forwarder or port of loading: 2–4 working days.
• Inland India, non-metros & remote pincodes: 4–7 working days.
• US / EU / UK by express: 5–8 working days.
• Gulf & Singapore by express: 3–5 working days.
• Sea freight, full-container or LCL: 35–55 days port-to-port plus inland.

Transit times are indicative. They can be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather and carrier capacity, and are not guaranteed.

7. Tracking

You receive an email with the carrier name, tracking number and link as soon as the consignment is collected from our workshop. For trade orders, we share the master AWB or BL with your nominated freight contact.

8. Damaged or lost shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, do not refuse it — accept it with a written remark on the courier's POD ("box damaged" / "carton crushed"), photograph the box before and after opening, and write to hello@xanvor.com within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim from our side and arrange a replacement under the Refund & Return Policy.
