XANVOR · a house brand of Zenko Inc. · Moradabad, India

We build to your drawings, references or moodboards — custom metal homeware manufacturing for brands, importers and hospitality groups worldwide. Brass, copper, kansa (bronze), silver- and gold-plated metal, sheesham wood and laser-cut iron, hand-finished in our Moradabad workshop.

Send a sketch on a napkin or a full technical pack; either works. Our team turns references into counter-samples, counter-samples into approved specs, and approved specs into production batches — with your name on the box, not ours, if that is how you sell.

What our workshop can do

3D sculpting & CAD

A piece is modelled in our own studio before anything is made — from a photo, sketch or moodboard — with wall thickness, part splits, fixings and weight settled on screen. Files go out as STL, OBJ, GLB, STEP or 3dm so your engineer can check them. How a bespoke piece is built →

Printed masters & 3D printing

Resin masters and casting patterns printed with our production partners in India, and metal 3D printing where a geometry cannot be cast. Silicone tooling is taken from the approved master.

Investment & vacuum casting

Lost-wax investment casting for high-detail work, metal vacuum pressure casting where fine sections need low porosity, and resin vacuum casting first when you want a physical approval sample before metal is committed. Cast by our partners in India to our model; finished and checked in our workshop.

Sand casting

Brass, aluminium and kansa (bronze) cast in sand moulds — the traditional Moradabad way. Suited to urlis, bowls, bells, hardware and sculptural forms.

Sheet work & hand-hammering

Brass and copper sheet raised, spun and planished by hand. Hammer marks are laid deliberately — texture as a finish, not an accident.

Hand engraving & etching

Traditional nakkashi engraving and acid etching for florals, geometry or your own artwork, cut into the metal by working artisans.

Finishes

Antique gold, mirror polish, matte, oxidised, silver plate and powder coat — matched to your reference swatch before production begins.

Laser-cut ironwork

Wall art, screens and panels laser-cut from iron sheet to your vector files, then powder-coated or finished antique.

Brass inlay into wood

Bands, lines, dots and stringing let into sheesham and other hardwood — channels cut to depth, brass seated and levelled flush, then the whole surface finished as one. Cast brass handles and fittings are inlet into the timber rather than screwed on top.

Wood & metal combinations

Sheesham wood turned and joined with brass or copper — lids, bases, handles and trays that pair warm timber with metal.

Custom sizes & fitments

Existing catalogue shapes rescaled, re-proportioned or re-fitted — different capacities, mounting hardware, stacking, food-contact liners.

Branding & packaging

Laser-etched logos, embossing, swing tags and printed retail-ready boxes, so the product lands shelf-ready under your brand.

From sketch to shipment

  1. Share your reference Send a drawing, photo, moodboard or physical sample with target sizes and quantities. We reply with feasibility notes and a quotation.
  2. Counter-sample, then physical sample We share counter-sample photos first for a quick steer, then make a physical sample — typically 20 working days depending on complexity.
  3. Approval You approve the sample (or request revisions). Sizes, finish, weight and packaging are frozen as the production standard.
  4. Production with in-line QC The batch is made against the approved sample, with in-line checks on dimensions, finish and assembly as pieces come off the bench.
  5. Pre-dispatch sign-off Before anything ships, you receive photos and video of the finished, packed goods for sign-off.

Private label, properly done

Your brand on the product, not just on the carton. We laser-etch or emboss your logo on the piece itself, add your swing tags, and pack into printed boxes designed for your shelf — so what arrives is retail-ready under your name.
