Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Order records (invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork) are retained for the period required under the Indian Income Tax Act, the GST Act and the Customs Act — typically eight financial years.
The site uses a minimal set of first-party cookies and local storage for functional purposes (remembering your enquiry draft, basic site analytics). We also use Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC) and the Pinterest tag (Pinterest Inc.) to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries; these set their own cookies. You can block them in your browser settings or with a standard content blocker without losing any function of the site.

Bulk MOQ: 20 selling units per design (piece, pair or set). For pair/set products, the 1-piece sample configuration is agreed in the quote. Paid samples, custom development/tooling and shipping are quoted separately.
