A property buys across categories at once: the question is whether one workshop covers the buffet, the table and the room. Most FF&E lists come down to four groups.
Insulated food warmers, hot-pots, lidded casseroles, serving domes and low-profile serving dishes — the Hot-Serve collection. Capacities, lid systems and finishes are specified per project, with food-contact liners where the use requires them.
Hand-hammered and engraved brass and copper trays, agate and stone-handled serving trays, platters, bowls and centrepieces, plus kansa (bronze) dinnerware. Trays turn over fastest, so specify them for weight and rim strength.
Ice buckets and wine coolers, bar tool sets, napkin rings and holders, coasters, menu rests and card holders. Our FATHOM range covers the marine barware end of this work.

Hospitality pieces are made by sand casting in brass, aluminium and kansa (bronze); sheet work — raising, spinning, planishing and hand-hammering in brass and copper; hand engraving (nakkashi) and acid etching; and laser-cut ironwork. Sheesham covers lids, bases, handles and trays.
Finishes are antique gold, mirror polish, matte gold, oxidised, silver plate and powder coat, matched to your reference swatch. On a phased rollout, that swatch makes the second delivery match the first.
Custom sizes and fitments are routine: rescaling a shape to a service size, changing a capacity, adjusting mounting hardware, making a piece stack, fitting a food-contact liner. Branding is by laser-etched or embossed logo, with swing tags and retail-ready boxes where retail is involved. Full route: OEM and ODM.
For anything new, send a drawing, photograph or sample with target sizes and quantities. You get feasibility notes and a quotation, then counter-samples — typically 7 to 14 days. On approval, size, finish, weight and packaging are frozen as the production standard, production runs with in-line QC, and you sign off on pre-dispatch photos and video.
Every quotation carries a reference number and every order is confirmed by Proforma Invoice.

10 pieces per design, for catalogue and custom or modified designs alike. Mixed-design orders are welcome, which suits a property needing modest quantities across many items. If a BOQ line falls below the MOQ, tell us and we will suggest how to make the package work.

Third-party testing and certification — for example SGS, FDA, Prop 65, LFGB or REACH — and factory audits are arranged on request and charged separately; they are never quoted inside the unit price. Tell us at enquiry stage which report your market requires so it is planned into the schedule.
Production typically takes 3 to 6 weeks after the Proforma Invoice is confirmed and the advance received, with the exact schedule confirmed per order. Payment is by T/T against the PI. EXW Moradabad by default; FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, CIF or DDP where serviceable. No payment is taken on this website.
