XANVOR is the metal-handicrafts house brand of Zenko Inc. We design, finish, assemble and export hand-made brass, copper, silver- and gold-plated metal and sheesham décor.
Dimensions, weights and finishes shown on the site are nominal. Because each piece is hand-finished, small variations in patina, hammer marks, wood grain and weight (±5%) are inherent and not a defect. Photographs are colour-managed but on-screen rendering may differ from the physical piece.
Prices shown on the site are indicative trade prices — per piece, EXW Moradabad, ex-GST, at the MOQ tier stated against the piece. They indicate a level only and are not an offer capable of acceptance. The binding price, currency, quantity and Incoterm are those set out on the Proforma Invoice we issue against your enquiry. Quotations are issued in USD as standard, with EUR, GBP, AED or INR on request, and the currency stated on the Proforma Invoice is the currency of settlement. GST is charged in addition where the supply is made within India, at the rate applicable to the HSN code and itemised separately on the tax invoice; exports are zero-rated. Where the site displays an approximate amount in another currency, that figure is an indicative conversion at a reference rate — it is not a price we charge. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before the Proforma Invoice is issued; if a price is materially wrong, we will notify you and you are free not to proceed.
An enquiry submitted through this site is a request for quotation, not an order — no order can be placed and no payment can be taken here. We reply with a quotation and, where terms are agreed, issue a Proforma Invoice. The contract is formed when you accept that Proforma Invoice in writing. For made-to-order and bespoke pieces, a deposit may be required before production starts, as confirmed in our quotation.
No payment is taken on this site. Orders are confirmed by Proforma Invoice and settled by bank transfer (T/T) against that invoice, with letter of credit accepted on large orders. Our bank details appear only on the Proforma Invoice. Goods remain the property of Zenko Inc. until payment is realised in full.
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by the Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
The XANVOR word mark, the XANVOR house mark, the site copy, photography, illustrations, product catalogues and the design of all pieces shown are the intellectual property of Zenko Inc. and protected under Indian and international law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Wholesale buyers and authorised resellers receive a separate licence for marketing assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the site or any product supplied by us is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to the parties' right to seek interim relief in any competent court.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date it is posted on this page; continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
