Wholesale is quoted in USD — EXW Moradabad by default, with FOB Nhava Sheva / Mundra, CIF or DDP on request. EUR, GBP, AED or INR are issued on request; the currency on your Proforma Invoice is the currency of settlement.
Any ₹ INR figures shown elsewhere on this site are indicative trade pricing, EXW Moradabad, ex-GST — not a quotation. Your firm price is the one stated on the Proforma Invoice.
The order itself is confirmed on a Proforma Invoice carrying the agreed specification, price, lead time and payment schedule.
Export orders are paid by bank transfer (T/T) against Proforma Invoice — an advance to begin production, the balance before dispatch, exactly as agreed on the PI. Bank details appear on that document only.

Handmade production typically runs 3–6 weeks after the Proforma Invoice is confirmed and the advance received; the exact schedule is confirmed per order.
Sampling is faster: counter-sample photos first, then a physical sample, typically 7–14 days depending on complexity.
Export packing is foam inserts into master cartons, made up for sea and air freight, on the packing basis stated in your quotation.
Every shipment travels with the invoice, packing list and shipping papers, released to your forwarder or ours. Tell us at RFQ stage what else your customs broker needs, and it is built into the schedule.
Particular inner-pack quantities, shipping marks, swing tags or printed retail-ready boxes are quoted to your specification.
New custom designs carry tooling, mould and pattern charges, quoted separately from the unit price, so the one-time development cost and the per-piece rate stay visible as separate lines.
Catalogue designs already in production carry no tooling charge; for design-stage pieces, any pattern or tooling cost is stated on the quotation. Where a modification runs on existing tooling, we say so rather than raise a charge.
Third-party testing and certification — SGS, FDA, Prop 65, LFGB, REACH — and factory audits are arranged on request and charged separately, never folded into the unit price.
Tell us which standard your market requires at RFQ stage: it can affect material, finish and lead time, and it is cheaper to design for than to retro-fit.
Hand-finished metal homeware across serveware, drinkware and décor — including hospitality / HORECA lines and corporate gifting programmes, with private-label and OEM/ODM development.
Processes run in our own workshop: sand casting in brass, aluminium and kansa; sheet raising, spinning, planishing and hand-hammering; hand engraving (nakkashi) and acid etching; laser-cut ironwork, powder-coated or antique-finished; and wood-and-metal work in sheesham. Standard finishes are antique gold, mirror polish, matte gold, oxidised, silver plate and powder coat, matched to your reference swatch and frozen as the production standard before the run.
