Nautical and coastal décor supplier — marine metal, barware and serveware

XANVOR is the metal-handicrafts house brand of Zenko Inc., manufacturing from its own workshop in Moradabad, India. As a nautical and coastal décor supplier we run two ranges built on the sea: TIDELINE, coastal metal in shell, wave, coral and tide forms, and FATHOM, marine barware and serveware.

Two ranges, one coastal shelf

TIDELINE — coastal metal

Shell, wave, coral and tide worked into the pieces a coastal shop actually turns over: cast whale and conch coolers, wave-rim platters and handled trays, pierced iron lanterns and fire screens, forged umbrella stands and hook rails, hammered brass mirrors, wall discs, bookends, doorstops and coasters — from an impulse buy to a wall panel that fills a display.

FATHOM — marine barware and serveware

The table and the bar. Champagne baths and bottle coolers in humpback, clam, nautilus and urchin forms; scallop chargers and ray platters; two-tier cake and cheese stands; oyster ice beds, butter dishes and spoon rests; knife rests, sand-dollar coasters, octopus stoppers and crab ice tongs. A gift at one end, a resort's service at the other.

Why coastal ranges sell as a family

A coastal buy fails when it is a shelf of unrelated souvenirs. Both ranges draw on the same motif set and the same finish vocabulary, so a cast cooler, a wave-rim platter, a pierced lantern and a set of brass coasters read as one story rather than four. Mixed designs at 10 pieces each make that spread affordable on a first buy.

How these pieces are made

The heavy coastal shapes are sand cast in aluminium and brass, which is what gives a whale, a conch or a coral branch its undercut and weight. The vessels — ice buckets, party tubs, champagne baths — are raised and hand-hammered sheet with cast collars, rims and feet added; the lanterns, fire screens and wall panels are laser-cut and pierced ironwork. Hand engraving (nakkashi) and acid etching add surface, and sheesham comes in on bases, lids and boards.

Finishes include oxidised black, aged pewter, antique brass, verdigris and antique bronze patina, with waxed and lacquered iron. From the house list you can also specify antique gold, mirror polish, matte gold, silver plate or powder coat, matched to your reference swatch before production.

Custom work, sets and branding

Rescaling a cooler to a different bottle count, changing a platter diameter, adding a food-contact liner or building three shapes into a boxed set are ordinary requests. Branding is laser-etched or embossed logos, swing tags and printed retail-ready boxes. Tooling and pattern charges on a new design are quoted separately. See the OEM and ODM route and private-label manufacturing.

Nautical and coastal décor — buyer questions

What is the minimum order on TIDELINE and FATHOM?

10 pieces per design, for catalogue and custom or modified designs alike. Mixed-design orders are welcome, so a coastal range can be assembled from a cooler, two platters, a lantern and a wall piece at 10 pieces each.

What is the difference between TIDELINE and FATHOM?

TIDELINE is coastal metal built on shell, wave, coral and tide forms across décor, lighting, wall pieces and serving. FATHOM is the marine barware and serveware side: coolers, champagne baths, platters, tiered stands and bar accessories. They share a workshop and a finish vocabulary, so the two sit together on a shelf.

Which materials are these pieces made in?

Cast aluminium, raised and hammered aluminium, sheet and cast brass, sheet and forged iron, with stainless steel on some pieces. Finishes across the ranges include oxidised black, aged pewter, antique brass, verdigris, antique bronze patina, matte and polished, with waxed and lacquered iron.

Can you make these pieces in our size or with our branding?

Yes. Rescaling a shape, changing a capacity, altering mounting hardware and adding a food-contact liner are routine. Branding is laser-etched or embossed logos, swing tags and printed retail-ready boxes. Tooling and pattern charges on new designs are quoted separately.

How do you quote, and how is payment taken?

In USD as standard; EUR, GBP, AED or INR on request, and the Proforma Invoice currency is the currency of settlement. EXW Moradabad by default, or FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, CIF, or DDP where serviceable. Payment is by T/T against the PI, and no payment is taken on this website.
