Brass barware manufacturer — coolers, ice buckets, bar tools and drinkware

XANVOR is the metal-handicrafts house brand of Zenko Inc., manufacturing and exporting from its own workshop in Moradabad, India. As a brass barware manufacturer we make cocktail and bar accessories, wine and champagne coolers, ice buckets, bar trays, coasters and drinkware in brass, copper and stainless steel — cast, raised and hand-hammered in the same building they are quoted from.

What we make for the bar

Coolers, ice buckets and party tubs

Bottle and champagne coolers, lidded ice buckets, oval ice tubs and footed party tubs, raised and hand-hammered from sheet with cast collars, rims and handles added before finishing. The sculptural versions come from our coastal and marine ranges; plainer profiles are quoted the same way.

Bar tools and cocktail accessories

Bar tool sets, ice tongs, bottle stoppers and openers, bar caddies and bottle cradles in cast brass and copper — small pieces, high piece counts, and the category that most often carries a buyer's logo.

Bar trays, coasters and rests

Serving and bar trays in polished, antique and hammered brass, cut and cast coaster sets, bottle coasters, knife and cutlery rests, and trivets — the fast-turning end of a bar programme, and the part that decides whether a gift set looks finished.

Drinkware and pouring pieces

Copper bottles, jugs, pitchers and tumbler sets hammered by hand in pure copper, with brass drinkware and glass-and-metal cradles and servers. Capacities are yours to set.

Metal, process and finish

Barware is made here by two routes. Sand casting in brass, aluminium and kansa (bronze) gives the tools, stoppers, tongs and heavy sculptural coolers their mass and undercut. Sheet work — raising, spinning, planishing and hand-hammering in brass and copper — gives the vessels: buckets, tubs, jugs and bottles. Surface detail comes from hand engraving (nakkashi) and acid etching; sheesham, stone, agate and resin inlay are fitted in-house.

Finishes are antique gold, mirror polish, matte gold, oxidised, silver plate and powder coat, matched to your reference swatch before production. Where a piece meets a drink, a food-contact liner is a standard fitment — tell us what your market requires and it is specified on the sample, not assumed later.

Sets, gift boxes and private label

Barware sells as a set more often than as a single piece, so packaging is part of the quotation rather than an afterthought. We build sets and inserts to your layout and fit laser-etched or embossed logos, swing tags and retail-ready boxes. Rescaling a cooler to a different bottle count or changing a jug capacity is ordinary work; tooling and pattern charges are quoted separately. See the OEM and ODM route and private-label manufacturing.

Brass barware — buyer questions

What is the minimum order on barware?

10 pieces per design, for catalogue and custom or modified designs alike. Mixed-design orders are welcome, so a bar programme can carry an ice bucket, a cooler, a tray and a set of coasters at 10 pieces each.

Which metals do you work for bar and drinkware?

Brass and copper are the core, with stainless steel, kansa (bronze) and aluminium alongside them. Copper is raised and hand-hammered; brass is sand-cast or worked from sheet. Sheesham, natural stone, agate and resin inlay come in on handles, bases, boards and lids.

Can you fit a food-contact or drink-contact liner?

Yes. Food-contact liners are one of the standard custom fitments, alongside rescaling a shape, changing a capacity and altering mounting hardware. Tell us what your market requires on the contact surface and it is specified on the sample.

Do you supply test reports for food-contact barware?

We do not claim to hold any certification today. Third-party testing such as SGS, FDA, Prop 65, LFGB and REACH, and factory audits, are arranged on request and charged separately. Tell us which report your market needs and it is priced as its own line.

How do you quote, and how is payment taken?

In USD as standard; EUR, GBP, AED or INR on request, and the Proforma Invoice currency is the currency of settlement. EXW Moradabad by default, or FOB Nhava Sheva or Mundra, CIF, or DDP where serviceable. Payment is by T/T against the PI, and no payment is taken on this website.
