Two-slot letter organiser. Three broad brass dividers rise from a low folded tray. Their tops step down towards the front, and each has one row of large rounded rectangular windows. Wide solid borders and rounded outer corners keep the structure substantial and visibly hand finished. Coarse die-punched windows retain slightly softened, hand-filed edges; faint planishing remains on the broad dividers without disguising the repeated punch geometry.
