Stand for an open book or cookbook. A sloping dark-wood panel rests on two broad folded brass side supports above a full-width hammered brass lower lip. The side supports widen towards the table and curl softly at their visible edges. The book sits on wood, while the metal structure stays clearly visible. Broad hammer marks remain on the side supports and lower lip; softened folds and smoothly finished wood create honest material contrast without a precision metal frame.
